Checklist preview

Start with the documents that matter most.

Use this starter list to review what you have, where the originals belong, and which details should be easier to find.

Checklist preview

  • Identity and travel documents
  • Insurance documents
  • Home or tenancy records
  • Vehicle documents
  • Education and membership records
  • Warranties and major purchase records
  • Emergency contact information

What the checklist is for

Use it to identify gaps and duplicates, not to collect documents without a purpose. For each item, decide where the original belongs, whether a reference copy is useful, and who should be able to find it.

How to use it

Work through one category at a time. Mark the current document, remove outdated copies, and note any renewal or replacement action. If an item is difficult to replace, confirm that its physical storage is appropriate.

What comes later

A future version may include an approved printable or downloadable asset. Email gating, download infrastructure, and lead collection are not included in this implementation block.

Use Panza where a visual reference helps

After the review, add the documents you need to recognize and retrieve quickly. Keep the deck focused on useful items rather than turning it into another unfiltered archive.

Questions and answers

Is this a complete legal document list?

No. Requirements vary by country, household, and situation. Treat this as an organizing prompt and check official local guidance where needed.

Can I download this checklist?

Not yet. The downloadable template system is intentionally deferred; this page currently proves the future template-page structure.
